During the closure you will be enrolled on the government furlough programme by the company. This means that you will be paid 80% of your wages on the normal dates, with the reduction applied from the date of the closure.

Personal Message from your Managing Director
I would like to thank all our staff for their loyalty and hard work. We hope you will do everything you can to keep safe whilst this virus runs its course. It will undoubtedly affect us all in some way, not least with death of people we know or even loved ones.
We all as individuals have our own beliefs and will gain comfort from where we can. You may or not be aware that I am one of Jehovah’s Witnesses. I would not push my beliefs on anyone but would encourage those who want to gain comfort and understanding of why a god would allow bad things, and also by understanding why, learn that this is temporary and that there is a real hope for the future so read on.
There is a promise of a resurrection of the dead back to life on the earth to be re-united with their loved ones and more. If you want to learn about these things please visit Jw.org At this site you will find online bible studies, articles, videos etc
Everything is free and you can change the language at the top right to your own, there are over 960 languages here.
If you did not want to hear this personal message from me, I apologise to you, but please appreciate some people will want to hear it. Also, I was not born a witness, most of us inherit our faith from our parents. But I have a studied this now for 27-years and I have pulled it apart with a knife and fork and have seen phenomenal proof of it being true and of gods existence and reasons for everything.
If you were seeing people suffering but knew you could help them and comfort them, it would be wrong not to; that’s how I feel about sharing my faith.
If any of my staff ever want to learn about this just email me directly and I would be happy to help or arrange for someone suitable to help.
So, in conclusion, thank you for all your hard work. I hope that you will do all you can to remain safe as this virus intensifies.
I wish you all good health and the strength to endure and look forward to a future time when we can be happy and well.
