New bonus structure
We launched phase 1 of our new inventive bonus structure in May 2022. Some employees are already getting 10p more per hour for simply competing their online training, and using the Clocking in system correctly.i.e. with location turned on. WHY AREN’T YOU?

Time & attendance - Ensure you use your location and complete your times for £0.05p/hour

High site audit scores - Achieve 95% average scores for £0.05p/hour

- Covert to 100% compostable or recycled bags by 2023
- Decrease CO2 emissions by 20% for each site visit

- Maintain ISO 9001 certification
- Achieve audit scores of 95% across all sites
- Retain 90% of contracts yearly

Vision
Our vision is to build upon our success to date, strengthening as a national provider of Soft services. We aim to achieve this by continuing to invest in quality management, proper supervision, award winning training programs, embrace digital technologies and inspirational leadership.
New contracts:
- CleanRooms. Currently 1 vacancy. Early morning or evening, 3 hours/day – Halton, Lancashire.

What are our customers saying about us?
We miss topping up consumables on a regular basis. We are stepping up our checking at GVS by having a dedicated person take photo evidence that toilet rolls, hand towels and soaps are topped up… These are the lengths we need to go to to ensure we deliver high standards every day.
We often assume the places are clean and spend the rest of our shifts hanging around….. We should never hang around on our clients sites. We are there to do a job to the highest standards. Stand back, look at everything as the customer would look… What have we missed? Could we make this look cleaner so our customer never complains?
